Scheduling Your Appointment
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday, evening and early-bird scheduling is available by appointment only.
The first visit may require a 30 minute to 1 hour long appointment. To speed up your first visit, please print and fill out your health history form and review the First Visit Checklist below.
Efforts will be made to accommodate walk-in patients and emergencies.
Because we value your time, out staff is committed to staying on schedule. It is important you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
When making appointment changes, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible to better serve your needs.
